Michael Schuster was appointed CEO of LKQ Europe’s DACH region and Chairman of the Management Board for STAHLGRUBER GmbH in April 2025. In these roles Michael oversees commercial operations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, driving strategic initiatives and fostering business growth.

An inspirational leader with a good sense of humor, Michael brings years of experience working within well-established businesses across the globe in the electronics, coatings, chemical and building material industries.
