Sylvain Neuvelt joined LKQ Europe in December 2023 as Chief Information Officer. He brings a track record with 25 years of experience and practices in multi-national organizations in IT and Business Transformation, such as global Enterprise Resource Planning design and rollouts, Center of Excellence implementations, Organization set-up or IT & process landscape simplification. With Sylvain Neuvelt’s onboarding, LKQ will continuously drive the force toward digitalization to embrace and advance technology and data-driven platforms to support the business growth. Additionally, he will ensure further strengthening of a fully integrated digital user experience across LKQ’s operational sites in Europe.

Sylvain speaks four languages, including English, French, German and Spanish, enabling him to communicate and exchange efficiently with our European stakeholders. Before he joined LKQ Europe, Sylvain had a dual role at Johnson Controls as CIO for Europe, Middle East, Africa & Latam and Oracle Global Transformation Leader, leading international IT organizations, multi-millions global IT system transformation and digitization initiatives. He holds a Master degree in business administration and MBB, ITIL, and SAP SD certifications.
