Data is like orchestra – especially in a company as big as LKQ, so harmonizing it and making sure it flows seamlessly and supports our business across all European regions is key in my role. It’s a very fast-paced environment, where dashboards and reports are my bread and butter. I am making sure that functional business partners at LKQ have all the data they need at the right time to do their job more effectively. Another part of my job is taking care of our employees and helping them navigate LKQ Connect – our new HR management platform. I am here to automate a lot of processes and I strongly believe that it will improve efficiency and work-life balance of our people. After work I also keep my analytical skills active – they help me get better results and achieve my goals in running.

When I was hired by LKQ it took me out of my comfort zone, I had previously not worked in an international environment and it was a big challenge for me.
