Meet our Director Total Rewards for LKQ Europe Christin Olejak

Ten years ago, I began my journey with LKQ DACH and it’s been an exciting, meaningful, and transformative ride ever since. I’ve always been passionate about Human Resources: helping people grow, shaping workplace culture, and creating a real impact. 

LKQ has given me the opportunity to take my passion to a European level. I thrive in multicultural environments and truly believe that we are stronger when we bring our unique perspectives together. 

So far, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to impactful initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and a workplace where people feel engaged and motivated. But what truly makes this journey special are the colleagues I work with - collaborative, inspiring, and genuinely great people. 

Currently, I lead our European Total Rewards efforts, with a strong focus on recognition and advancing our journey toward pay transparency. This is a topic very close to my heart, because I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued, including through financial empowerment. That means creating real opportunities for women and for everyone.
