When I joined LKQ Europe in July 2021, the LKQ Innovation and Service Center in Katowice was an exciting new initiative. As one of the first 20 people added to our team, I got to witness rapid development; we expanded to over 100 people! It’s been an incredible and inspiring experience. Contributing to financial operations that help our customers is what motivates me. My day starts with a check-in with my team. On any given day we connect with our customers about their accounts, settling invoices, resolving issues and more. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do at LKQ. Deep diving into challenges to create better solutions for them is definitely one of my favourite parts of my work.
