I’m the person who goes to the warehouse, looks around and says: “What is happening here and how can we make it better? Let’s uncover a solution together.” In my environment, a top-down approach simply doesn’t work. I believe in involving people, starting from the bottom because they know much more than me. At LKQ Europe, we have five central warehouses and eighteen regional warehouses. And they all have different levels of experience and different needs. But they all share the same goal: improve efficiency, productivity and quality.  I love the challenge of finding different approaches to problem solving and finding common ways to continually improve. I strongly believe that the best way to make progress is by mixing experience with innovation.
